I hurt my back over the weekend during a workout. I don't know if I lost good form at one point, if I simply went too heavy, or if it's my age creeping up on me. I suspect it is a hip issue but I feel it in my lower back on one side. 55# barbell squat cleans, sumo deadlift high pulls, and 20# dumbbell split cleans in a HIIT format. I think the problem occurred during the SDHPs. No working out for the foreseeable future. :(
