WOW! Down 3 lbs. I can't believe it! After I sprained my ankle I have been sitting on the couch all day with my foot up, got a little depressed. I cheated on my diet twice and still managed to loose. Blows me away. Even though I cheated, I have been following the rest of the time. I guess I have manage to boot my metabolism a little. I feel so encouraged today!
