Another pound gone this morning..Yay!
Considering this week (and last):
- were very stressful
-I skipped several days of exercise during that time, esp lately
-have been hitting the Guittard dark chocolate more than I should
-slacking on hitting my RDI (still tweaking it, though so I will cut myself some slack on that one)

So,only 2 more until Goal #1 is done..that will be 33lbs down.

You are doing great!! Dark chocolate is way better than milk chocolate, and I had a Klondike ice cream bar last night after supper, so a little indulgence every now and then is ok, as long as you don't go hog wild on it!! I'm still tweaking my RDI, and that is mostly to make it to your calorie target for the day. I think I came close to my 1800 calories for the day maybe once or twice, and I think I went over that at least once!! I have a hard time getting up to 1200 for the day. Those next 2 will drop like nothing and you will be at that first goal before you know it!!! Keep it up!!

That is extra dark chocolate.....it's good...you can eat 30 chips of it for 70 calories. :D
