All right: Day one went pretty well! I was low on calories and I went over on fat grams, I was hungry in the morning, but I didn't eat enough calories or protein. I feel like I have become obsessed with food and eating! My whole day revolves around counting calories, measuring and calculating how many servings I can have, and then putting it together. I have to eat 5 times a day! I don't have time for anything else. I also need to work in an exercise routine, so far the only exercise I am getting is housework - ugh.
