Pound up doesn't bother me. When losing, my weight will usually yo-yo up and down a little until my body decides to let go of it for good.
Busy day today. Pooch goes to work with me today. Will drop him off at the groomer at lunch time. Car gets serviced after work, then will grab pooch on the way home.

You have a busy day ahead of you...yeah don't worry about that pound
that shows up one day and gone the next..its your body trying to make up its mind...it is frustrating though...I had to smile that you can take your doggie to work with you...that alone would make my day...:O)

Bren - You would really smile if you could see the routine. He comes in and says Hi to everyone in the building. Then he jumps up into an old office chair and sleeps at his desk all day!
