I am still struggling and have become very stressed about it. So, I have come up with a plan of action. I am not going to weigh myself as often and not stress over my eating as much. I have found that I am eating more fruits and veggies and most time need to have desert to meet my RDI for the day. I think the stress I am placing on myself might be part of the problem. Goal for this month: relax, exercise when I can, eat healthy, and not worry about being fat so much.

Good plan! I'm going to weigh myself on the 1st, then wait a whole month to weigh myself again. Stress doesn't help us, so relax and keep making healthy choices and maybe that will be the key to your loss. :)

Thanks guys. I didn't want you guys to think I was quitting. I just need some time off. I am going to keep up the healthy eating and exercise because I feel better. I am just not going to weigh myself every day.
