Thunder in the distance yet again....will this pattern ever change????
DH got the dogs out early this AM for a nice long walk. I opted for yardwork in lieu of walking. Just as I was finishing up, locking up the fence gates, I felt sprinkles, then larger drops, then big splatty ones. What great timing, as I got everything done just before it all let loose. The sun came out shortly after, but now, here we go again.
I'm still hoping to get my grocery shopping done this afternoon. My arms are nice and achey from handling the string trimmer.....hope I can still push the grocery cart! LOL!
Although I pushed through some hunger last night, the scale did not reward me this AM. It IS a bit early to drop another pound, but sometimes, I get the feeling I might drop, getting my hopes up and everything. I'm now hoping for Monday, as Sundays typically have a too-early weigh-in. I need to make 152 (or lower) by Monday to stay on track for the Blitz. Focus, focus, focus!
