I REALLY have to start setting an alarm!!! Another 10 1/2 hours of sleep!! Gees Louise!!! Granted, I wake up feeling quite rested ( duh, wonder why) . I kind of wake up when the hubby leaves for work at 7:30 a.m. and I really need to cut my evening Facebooking to 11:00 p.m. I didn't get to bed again until 1:00 a.m. again,
I need to deal with the insomnia again. I am really loving my little sleeping buddy(cpap) and how I now get to sleep a whole lot faster. BUT........I just need to get my butt to bed earlier!!! Even if I'm not sleepy!!! I know that my little buddy will help me fall asleep!! So, now it will be try to go to bed earlier, and to set my phone for at least 8 1/2 hours sleep. That should be enough. I will set my phone, because I don't hear the alarm on the clock go off to get the hubby up. My phone will wake ANYONE up...lol!!! It is a really annoying rooster crowing!!! Believe me....it will get you up!!! My cats come in and meow for me to shut it off!!!
I have the weekend to deal with a VERY late supper. I know I shouldn't have eaten that sub that late, but I was really hungry. I could have went and gotten myself a sub, but me being stubborn, I waited for the hub to get finished helping the neighbor. I ended up eating that sub around 8:45 pm!!
I also have an MRI today at 2:30. Does that constitute exercise??? Thank Heaven that this one is an open MRI. I almost freaked out the last time in the regular one. I wish I could go to the pool today, but that gym has a rotation policy, women get use on MWF, and men get the use on TTS. I guess the male membership didn't want to share.....lol!! I found that out. It wasn't the women who didn't want to share...it was the men!!! Go figure!Ha!!
I think I'll slice up a cucumber and dice an onion, and make a small salad. I got 2 cherry tomatoes out of my garden yesterday that were ripe and not split!! Yay!! I have to go get my peppers too!! Yummy for the tummy!!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!! I'm preparing for next saturday's food fest...lol!!! I promise NOT to go overboard and I promise not to feel guilty with what I do eat! I promise to enjoy every moment with family and friends that I don't get to see often!!
