I just got back from the Dr. The Official weight for today is.......277!! We also talked about my jitters on Tuesday. I told them that I didn't take it on Wednesday, and took it on Thursday with no jitters. So we decided to take it every other day.

I think I will have a few ounces of Colby Jack cheese for lunch. Maybe a few Brown Rice Triscuits too. Then it's off to the gym, and some much needed exercise!!!

I found a website called Calories burned, BMI,BMR,RMR calculators. They have a more extensive listing of activities than here. They calculate the calories burned for you for your weight. It just may be a little more accurate than the one here.

I will be using that one from now on for certain activities, instead of generalizing with the lists here. Time to go find something to eat, I didn't have anything but coffee for breakfast. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
