Had a good day today. Back to it although am doing net carbs now. Slowly but surely is the way. I have been indulging alot and it just proves that I cannot eat 'normally' like an average slim person.
In the words of the great Dr, abstinence is the only way to control your cravings.
Fortunately I haven't put much weight on, considering really I haven't been on program since July - I have been lucky. But I know that's just a question of time. Carry on like I was and in 2 years I 'd have been heavier than when I started.

Last night I made a promise to my former fat self, I told her I wouldn't let her down and wouldn't undo all her hard work. MY hard work.

Glad you made the promise to yourself not to undo all your hard work. Do you realize that you actually have put back on 12% of what you had lost? That's how we all got fat in the first place, a little at a time. Time to quit indulging and buckle down again! Good luck! Hugs!
