Our asparagus haul today! Missed yesterday’s picking due to truck shopping so we played catch up today.

I don’t care for it but I like growing it and picking it. My oldest helped us pick this. Anytime she helps her boss will pay her for her time and we give that asparagus to her boss. Hubby loves it but we get too much for just him. This filled up 3.5 quart sized bags stuffed full!

I’ve never sautéed them. May have to try that! Hubby likes them steamed or in the oven with oil and Parmesan cheese.

someone told me that if you steam asparagus with a little amaretto it is fantastic. I have tried it with brussel sprouts bacon and cheese. very good 😍

I enjoy asparagus, at times. I like pairing it with a spicy hummus 😍 And now I want some 😂

We get asparagus and other fresh produce from this guy named Dale Graff, he gets amazing food. I love asparagus just like Dad because I picked up his eating habits: everything exept peppers. 😛
