Was super happy at the scale this morning, down to below my lowest point in years. Feels good to be back on track. I'm not journaling (I need to get back to that) but am eating whatever I want as long as it fits the Atkins WOE and doing good. So, here's to staying on target and hoping to keep doing so. Thanks for the words of encouragement the last few days or so. Have a good day everyone!
