This week feels like it might be stressful like last week. I hope not. I did not do well with my RDI last week. Since I am still retaining water from my period, I still don't know if I gained, lost, or stayed the same. Hopefully by the end of the week I will know. Also, this week my husband and I are going to pour cement around the pool. I hate mixing and pour in cement, but we all have to do things we hate from time to time. That's at least what I tell my daughter. Well, that's enough complaining and feeling sorry for myself. I have been doing great and one that the last few pounds were going to be tougher. Unwilling just have to be vigilant and I will be burning lots of calories doing cement so I guess there is a positive. I also have a sore throat , I hope that goes away ASAP.
