Day 2 - quite a lazy day, but at ok diet wise...

Breakfast & Morning snack: fresh fruit
Lunch: a salad with steamed salmon & spinach
Dinner: more salad with 2 eggwhites (coz I still felt hungry after the salad)

Sometimes I need to play couch potato and spend the day watching movies, and reading about celebrity bliss, today was one of those days.
Felt good though, after a week of very little sleep, to just chill and do a long siesta. Plus went salsa dancing at night - no alcohol or soda and lots of dancing ;)

I'm feeling really good today, still no cravings, it's been quite easy to stick to the diet and mainly eating raw.
Tomorrow I have to drag myself to the gym again though, and get off the couch, was thinking of cycling by the beach a bit, sitting in the sun and reading, and then a tea break with some friends.

Again, am excited about the scale tomorrow, I think I'll have lost more weight - I drop the first couple of kilos super quickly, but reach a plateau at around 75kg, which I find very hard to overcome. Gotta remind myself about how good I'm feeling when I stick to it, and have that in mind whenever I get cravings.
