Day 11 - I think I'm getting into the rhythm of this!
Found that it really helps me to eat the egg whites in the morning, not that they taste good, but somehow I don't get crazy cravings afterwards...

And today someone brought in candy & chocolates for everyone, they were just a meter away from my desk, and I didn't even try to take one. At some point, after lunch actually, I did feel: hmm, maybe just one... But then I said to myself it's probably easier not to start, otherwise my cravings kick in. Same with the afternoon, i felt peckish and considered a cafe late - but then: no, useless calories, and coffein isn't good for you anyways...

After work I walked home, along the beach, for over half an hour. Felt nice, relaxing, much better than hurrying home by metro. A coworker wsa supposed to walk with me, but she had to work late, so I went alone.

Oh, and I did face the scales this morning: I'm exactly at the same weight I was before I went on my binge, so that's good.
Down from now onwards ;)

my first big milestone is going to be to hit the 75kg, which I'm planning to reach end of next week, mid week would be ideal as I'm going on a trip and want to look good for it!

Tomorrow should be easy too, am going to prepare my lunch at home and take it to work, plus am planning a long workout tomorrow morning, cardio only... Wednesday and Thursday I'm going out for lunch, gotta stick to just one little meal, rather than the typical 3 course thing we usually have, and probably have either a very light dinner, or a good workout at night!

So long, happy that I'm finally finding my groove, and can't wait to see the kilos falling off, yeah!
