Still at 186 this morning...slow but steady. :) Made an awesome and spicy pot of chili yesterday. So good. That will also be my lunch today. I started with my situps and modified push ups yesterday, and it went pretty well. I have to be very cautious with both, the situps because of the osteopenia in my spine, and the pushups because of my rotator cuff problems. Doing pushups against the wall allows me to position my arms in a way that doesn't irritate it...think it might actually be helping it, in fact.
Today is my day off from workouts...will enjoy the day, catch up on things, and let my body rest up for tomorrow. Everything is on course.
