Ugh....187.2 this morning. It's water weight though, certain of that...after my workout (and drinking a whole bottle of water) it was down to 186.2. Just have to stay the course and wait it out, it will be back on track within a day or two. Still getting over that Chinese buffet I imagine. lol

I too had Chinese buffet this weekend. When I use to go,before FS, I would make 3-4 visits. This time I made 2 and that included the dessert visit which was jello and melons. I may have eaten some wrong items but I certainly did not eat as much and I did make some good choices. I think that is more telling than the scale. Finally I am making lifestyle changes. Thanks for all your encouragement.

Paddy, I too am much more conscious of what I eat at the buffet. I have small portions of the things I really question, and have fruit for dessert. The sodium in the fare alone, though, is enough to spike my weight up for a few days. I expect it going in, so it doesn't catch me off guard....still don't like it though. lol I was down to 186 on Saturday, hope to be back there (or lower) in the next day or two.

It will be. The weekends are always harder for me. But I get back on track for the week. So far tonight I tried 3 new recipes. Two were a hit and one not so good. I have to start tracking what I eat again. Seem to have fallen off the wagon probably because I am not eating all the right stuff. Ok tommorow back to recording. Good luck onmyway, you will be 186 by tomorrow.
