this is so true. and another one I like is, "here we are, where do we go?" because you just need to get over it and move forward. this has really helped me get past a lot of stuff. which is the polite term.

Katsolo, you are so right. And I'm guilty. It takes me awhile to get over anything. LOL. I've got that guilt complex. I'm getting better. The older I get the better I get at letting things just roll off my back.
