Well I know I went over my allotted 1200calories today because I had a craving for pretzels tonight. And of course that means I had to dip them in butterscotch pudding. Well, we all have off days and I didn't go over my actually rdi that vs sets for me. I also had more that 3000 calories of exercise so I know it will balance everything out. I am just happy that I was able to lose 3 pounds this week while traveling 4 days in a row and eating at McDonald's. So I think I will pat myself on the back gently as my back hurts tonight. Too much gardening. Lol!
