Well, 275.8lb today. I can see the numbers slowly slowly getting smaller. I seem to be doing something right. I've been on lots of different diets over the years but nothing has worked like SBD. I've always lost my boobs first and then my shoes went very loose but that hasn't happened this time - I just seem to be shrinking all over with the most disappearing from my tummy. I've learned a lot about how my body works and I feel really well. Carbohydrates seems to be the answer to losing weight for me - oh and ice cream which I adore is a definite no no. I can't seem to summon up the enthusiasm for much in the way of exercise except swimming twice a week. What could I achieve if I did exercise?

I just checked out your chart and you are doing so wonderful. Swimming twice a week is great exercise. I think the more you lose, the more energetic you will feel and you will be more motivated to exercise. Just stay busy doing something you like to do that gets you moving. You don't have to think of it as exercise. I like to work in the yard, play golf, and do projects around the house. I hated to exercise but losing weight and staying busy has motivated me to join the gym and finally get serious about exercise after 7 months on SBD.

I agree with KellyBo. A nice nature walk or stroll in the park with friends or family can be fun and not feel like exercise! You are doing great!
