It’s been a very emotional 2weeks. I eat sometimes in evening chocolate. Not much, a fiber one 70 cal brownie. I try not to do that every night. I do eat popcorn when I watch a movie, air popped with this stuff called skinny girl calorie butter spray, just a couple sprays. I have been really working out a lot. Helps with anxiety. My mom passed 4 maths. Ago an dad in nursing home, So yes, I could be a emotional eater but I remind myself, don’t want to die like my ma, don’t want to be a coach potatoe anymore! I got to move so my mind doesn’t reminisce about old days. I want to be a grandma someday! I have 3 grown sons. I want to be able to baby sit an take car of my husband too. After being 220 lbs last year size 1 x now 117 lbs size 5 am hitting the gym every other day, watching portions! I got to kee it up!
