Gained a lb but I am work out more am moving. I do need to eat more protein but usually only eat chicken an nuts. I am trying new fruits too. I just tried papaya an like it better than melon. I still only consume between 50 to 90 carbs a day. I love popcorn but eat some I pop with a zero cal spray in pan an a zero cal butter flavoring. My down fall is non dairy creamer. I love it with team coffee. I do drink 6, 8 oz glass’s of water a day. Is it true people gain weight in the winter. I weigh 117 at night an 115,5 in morning. Sometimes I stay at gym working out 2 hrs every other day.. I am 54 ye old lady an don’t want to go back what I was last ye in December at a big 220 lbs. any great suggestions would help.
