Yesterday I managed to get up enough energy to ride the back for a half hour, but my diet has been off lately. I don't really know why when I built up so much momentum in the beginning. Today is a new day and I will strive to eat healthy, exercise and track everything!

The weather is getting a bit nicer now and before we know it, it's going to be summer which brings less clothes and bathing suits ahhhhhhh. I gotta work quickly!!

Thanks for the add! I loved doing paleo last fall. After you get past that "wall" and get into the habit, it's amazing how you feel! Unfortunately for me, it wasn't sustainable for my husband and I took back on his eating habits, bah. Hang in there! You're beautiful!
