I had 3 pieces of pizza for lunch yesterday and felt so bad about it. This was a major lapse and I had to force myself to put it in the food journal and deal with the 900 plus calorie and fat reality. The most painful part is recalling the disconnected feeling and the self flagulation that follows. I am glad I added it to the journal though and did not try to mitigate it with fuzzy math or portion size. I went to the gym this morning, worked out, walked almost 10K steps and am having a healthy lunch today. I know I am PMSing. Every other month is particularly bad. Just do not want to gain any weight. It's been ages....

isn't it wonderful that you didn't let that pizza turn into a day long binge or continue for the week! you got right back on track and did the exercise! you're doing things right, learning along the way, taking the bad day and leaving it behind in the dust! Thats why you will succeed!! what do you think of that greek yogurt?

Thanks! I am back on track although just hovering on the 149/151 range and it is driving me nutso! I check you out and am so happy you are in the 140's-save me a set! I love greek yogurt. I was eating fage but now I do Trader Joe's own brand. Funny thing is that i do not like it with fruit. I make raita or tsatsiki (wrong spelling). I like it savoury I guess. I also use it in baking, substituting for fat. It works really well in cakes.
