Let's face facts...nothing else works for me--except for Atkins. Yes, it is challenging to maintain, however I really haven't given it my best shot. I need to learn to be creative in my cooking approach. The Atkins approach is giving me the results. I have counted calories for some time and it leads to a steady weight maintenance -- not loss. Everytime I have noticed a loss in weight, I have been on Atkins AND I've eaten more calories...go figure. Anyway, I know that I can be successful if I follow the program and stop obsessing about food!
