Chips and cookies.

That's what I've been eating for dinner this week. Completely giving into my PMS cravings. Fortunately, I have the WW Points available, and I'm still getting in all my vegetables earlier in the day, plus my water and exercise...

But I know that this isn't good for me in the long run. Hopefully it won't affect my weight negatively, since I'm still sticking to my calorie defecit. I'll let you know...

Luckily this only happens one week a month.
