Someone wiser than her years told me "tomorrow is another day" and not to worry so much. Well today is that new day and I weighed myself this morning and it was 151 lbs. I won't record until my official weigh in Friday. I just need to write it down to make it stick! My mini goal is to get down into the 140's-territory I have not seen in 4 years....
I did well yesterday re: food/cals and am taking fibre supplements again along with my vitamins. Still feeling dizzy, especially when I try to focus on anything, like this computer screen. I am going to wait unitl TOM has come and gone to make sure it is not related. As I creep into decrepitude I have noticed that I have more severe PMS (my poor SO) and experience muscle aches and flu-like feelings for a week or so before. Peri menapausal perhaps?
