Nice pic and good luck on keeping on track this weekend. I feel i am going to do well today or have a mindset for sticking with it. Tomorrow is a day at the camp with family so may slip up but will be a full day of exercise and freshair.

thanks i will try. have to start getting ready for our holiday - only 2 weekends left before we go. so at least i will be busy all weekend and not have to think about food. have a fab day at the Camp. where abouts is it?

You have a pretty face. We are all behind you with tons of support through this. You will do it. It just takes time. Anytime you feel discouraged just call on one of your sisters and we will help you through it. The more you talk about your weight the easier it gets in doing something about it. It's almost the feeling that you have to do it. Good Luck!

Love the pic, at least you are half-smiling! Where abouts in Spain are you going for your holiday - we are going for a long weekend to Madrid on 12th Oct, and I dont know at all what to take clothes-wise - can you give me any advice!!!
