I feel good about my intake today. It is right at my target calorie level. Tomorrow I am planning to go jogging around the neighborhood. I haven't tried jogging lately but I'm hoping that all the squats I have been doing have strengthened the muscles around my knees enough so that they won't hurt and that all the cardio I have been doing will keep me from huffing, puffing, and wheezing after the first two minutes.

You go girl! I've always admired runners but haven't taken the plunge myself. I'd like to lose more weight before I even try. Can't wait to hear how it goes!
