frazzled. major anxiety about work. so sick of eggs and bacon for breakfast. 23 pounds lost, pants hanging off of me, but darn it, I really wanted a bagel. compromised with 1 slice of whole grain toast. not sure what a panic attack is, but this may be it. deep breathing, check. fresh air walk, check. heart still racing.

Sorry about the work. Hope it gets better. have you tried to find alternatives for bacon and eggs? You do not have to eat them. You can have left overs, meats, coldcuts and lettuce, some kind of cook in the microwave muffin. My favourite is flax. You can have some unsweetened full fat yogurt with nuts and a couple of berries. You can make a breakfast shake.

Sorry to hear this, I feel for you. I was also on a low carb restricted diet before (for 4-6 months) it was awful, I know the feeling of deprivation.

Sounds like it could have been the start of one, but not full-fledged. Deep breathing helps. Also, try and make your body go as limp as possible.

Have a bagel. You have to be kind to yourself out you're gonna eat one and fall off the train. Your body is craving balance. Good luck!

Rbbtswfi— I’m guessing you are a little older. If your heart is truly RACING— a rapid heart rate, don’t ignore it. It may be something you want to get checked out . With triglycerides that high it might be a good idea to put your doctor in the loop as you are starting this journey.

Spice up your eggs. Have them poached in salsa or make a vegetable omelet with cheese. It seems that you can't have bread. But if you are craving a bagel, go have one. Just one. Don't buy more than one. and eat it. You will feel so much better. AND eat it in small bites. Very small bites. Savor each bite. Chew it for at least 20 times before swallowing. This will help you. It might be that a half a bagel will really do you for you. See what happens. Yes and go see the Dr if the panic attacks continue. Hope you are feeling better today. I have them on a somewhat odd but regular basis. One time I thought I was having a heart attack and got driven to the hospital by ambulance. I did not realize it was an attack it felt so much different. Take care!!

I was on Keto but changed to calorie counting and have lost almost 70 pounds. It has been truly eye opening...but I will say I limit carbs occasionally when I want to lose a little faster. But I eat lots of carbs.
