Thanks Bill and Mom. I’m pleased with the steady progress. I’m hoping to continue it during my long down time until January. During tax season it seemed easy to not eat. Back home with lots of time on my hands, it may be more difficult. I plan on hiking and biking more and hitting my local gym. I also have an impressive “honey do” list which help stave off boredom. Only time will tell. Have a great week.
