So I keep playing with my RDI and from reading when others did best and looking at when I do best I think I want to just make sure I keep them between 1400-1700 this month. Then I can see how it goes and what I should possibly do differently next month if needed. I just don't want to do the same thing everyday or my body adapts so I am going to see what happens when I switch between those numbers all month. I am going to have faith God will give me the strength and knowledge to complete this journey successfully!!!

Hey thanks for the comment on my journal yesterday :) I hope switching your numbers arounds helps the way you want it to... I actually think it's a really good idea, because the body can adapt and that makes this process so much harder at that point... well I hope you're having a great week!
