Ok here are the things I did to lose weight and get back into shape.
1) Drink a gallon of water a day. 2) Drink Green Monster smoothie everyday 3) Stopped eating fast food 4) Eat yogurt everday 5) Eating some type of veggie with my lunch and dinner everday. 6) Meal prepping and cooking on Sundays for the entire week. 7) Eat avocado (at least half almost everyday) 8) Constantly research and find healthy brands of food that taste good with reasonable price to include into my diet. 9) Drink apple cider vinegar water once in the morning and once in the evening. 10) Do not eat past 7pm 11) Do Yoga and Bodyweight exercises 12) Stayed at a calorie deficit, adjusting as I lose weight and become more and more active. 13) When I have a craving for something I just eat it because Im not depriving myself. Im improving my well being without suffering. This one may be the most important thing. A diet that deprives you is one you should stay away from.
I did not start all of these things at once. I did the 1st two and was getting results and then slowly did the other things on the list to further improve myself.
If you do even a couple of these things you will see some results. Just be patient and consistent.
