Ok I fell off for a while. But I am committed to getting back on track this time!!. My life may very well depend on it. Today is the first day of the rest of my new life. I have all the resources I need, I just have to do it this time. My quit date for smoking is 7/14, the day beofre my 44th B-day. I want to start my 44th year on earth as a non smoker. So if you see some rantings or otherwise wierd entries, just know that I am going through withdrawal symptoms emotionally, physically, and mentally. I have some heffty goals but I know I can do it. I just have to start slow, stay committed, and not give up. (Deep breath). Hopefully putting it writing and tracking all of it will help.
