Look at you! WTG! I do know what you mean about the pig-out taking weeks to get back off. Same happened to me. It will happen for you. Patience is the key word and just have faith in your plan. Hugs!

HCB - you are so right. I remember saying last winter that my goal was not to put on weight. With a goal set that low, no wonder I did so poorly. This year will be different.
