I got 15 mins in this morning. I don't know if I like working out in the morning. I finished my coffee and did it, but now I don't feel like eating, and this is when I usually just finish breakfast. HUM.. Maybe afternoon tomorrow?? I am going to do some weight training this evening. I like doing it while watching TV. And tonight is the finale of The Biggest Loser!! I Love that show. I have seen every season, except the first.

OOooo.. yes!! I am excited to see the Biggest loser tonight, too! I haven't been able to catch the past few weeks or more, but I've caught some of the previews. Finding a good time for your workout is vital! Keep up the great work!!! :)

I agree that everyone has to find their best time for working out. I can't work out in the morning. I'm a night person, but I found that I must work out some time in the afternoon or else I don't do it at all! It's afternoon here right now. I should get going...lol Good luck in finding your "right time" :)
