Gorgeous morning and cooler. I'll complete 4.4 miles walking today, bringing my weekly total for the 100-mile challenge to 25.8 miles, right on target to get at least 25 miles per week. I'll again be splitting my mileage a bit, walking 3.4 this AM (2.7 with dogs) and then a quick mile late this afternoon.
One of the contractors was a no-show yesterday and, unfortunately, it affected my mood too much, and therefore my food. I've GOT TO not give up so much power to these folks. I AM in charge of my eating, NOT THEM! Maybe by the time I'm 90, I'll finally have it all together - LOL!
Thrift shop volunteering this afternoon, then perhaps a stop at Walmart. Looking forward to the VP Debate tomorrow night!
