Finally recorded what I ate yesterday. I was suspecting that lunch was a complete blow out, but I didn't expect dinner to be on target. I went to lunch with one of my co-workers, who I have become friends with since we went through the same drama and bullying at work together. Of course we went to Subway. I don't order a sub/hoagie anymore since I've had dental work and don't want to mess it up. Don't order the salad, because they chop it up way too fine. Only the wraps are left and I was kind of hungry for a steak sandwich. Yes, I order the most fattening item on the menu...the steak wrap....had to have something crunch since it's soft, so baked chips...had to have the cookies too. Subway is the worst place for me to eat. I'm better off at Wendy's or Burger King. I don't go that high on the calories there.

I was planning a beautiful salad for super, but you know how that goes. Made hubby jiaozi...too tired out from cleaning and the junk I ate for lunch....opened the freezer to get the jiaozi out and saw my low-fat ravioli....Didn't realize that was actually a good choice, so I blew off the rest of the day, complete with no exercising. Just sitting there watching "Pretty Little Liars" with a warm comfy, big cat on my lap, dozing off to sleep. Today, I will rule my diet! :) I don't give up that easily, especially when I see my clothing gradually getting looser.....still afraid of the scale.....not going to weigh in until sometime after Christmas, which is probably not the thing to do. lol
