Yes, this one is low calorie, (strawberry is my favorite flavor) but I like to mix it with milk, whipped topping, strawberry syrup ,etc (homemade strawberry milkshake) so I don't really save calories haha

Banana and casein powder is cheaper and slot healthier but no doubt I will buy a tub one day. Only 70 Cal's if you eat 1/4 a night👌
