So happy to see I finally got my fat intake down. Not watching my fat intake is what helped to put the pounds on. It's just so hard since I do all the cooking and make a lot of wonderful cooked meats for hubby, but tonight I wasn't interested in his food. He had Chinese Squa (Luffa squash) with scrambled eggs.
