Spent 2 days below 20g of carbs and one day fast. Ketones at 6. I think I could do this. If I don't see the results I want by end of October, I Will go and try keto for a while. I'm so close. At almost 60, I'm considering it to see if it will deal with other little issues for me as well.

Stick. I think the fact that I've been fasting one day per week for the last couple of months set my body up. I know I'm messing it up tonight and will likely do the weekly fast for the remainder of the month, but I'm going to visit dad at the end of the month and intend to enjoy myself with treats so he feels free to do the same. Maybe an excuse, but I know I'll come back to it as I'm an experimenter at heart.

May I suggest, since I know your great at hacking, if you do go keto, try it first without dairy if feeling better is your goal. then add dairy back and see if leaving out makes a difference.

Ps 😂 the sticks will show darker if your dehydrated, but your probably deep because of 20 carb and your fast. Well done!
