Finally after 2 days of meetings with tons of food I have no idea of what the calories actually were and yesterday of eating a whole box of crab sushi, I can take better control over my diet. :) Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I can exercise tonight or not with my sore thighs from moving tons of logs yesterday with hubby. We had to remove stones and mud, that the workers put on the logs, before we could move them. :( I guess they didn't understand, that we couldn't move the logs last week since their backhoe was in the way.

Hubby said he's going to join me with weight loss, since he gained some weight. He said that means my cooking is too good, he's having trouble controlling how much he eats. :) You have no idea how good it makes me feel to hear that, because he is an extremely picky eater.
