I'm back on track. I did the take off last friday and saturday, weigh in yesterday and i'm down 5 lbs(my goal was 4lbs). Think i'm gonna do take off again in 2 weeks. So proud of myself.

Wowsers. Congrats! I did not even lose five pounds this entire past month and that included one Take Off. Will try Take Off again next week I think.

Great job. I have never lost that much on Take OFf, I am doing take off on the 27th, I will use the oranges this time and see if it works.
