I'm still fasting. I've got a cold and am keeping out of the way by, as usual, sitting on the bed. I don't want to give it to Shirley, though she's not so well today either. She went all floppy on the carers today. Tony & I had to half lift and half drag her into her wheelchair. She's back in bed now having eaten very little of her lunch and no breakfast. These days I worry less about her not eating as I know that it won't do her any harm. She's put on a lot of weight since becoming less mobile.
