I'll take it! I did get out for a walk yesterday - not as long as I hoped, and then went a bit over on my intake - but it's fine. Definitely retaining some water this morning - my rings won't move, so I am confident I'll see a bigger drop tomorrow or Tuesday... What made me go over? I was in the mood for Chicken Wings... Make my own so not as bad as it could have been, but I didn't have unsalted butter for the sauce and I wasn't about to run out and get it... Today's a new day, and it's a beautiful but cool one! The plan is to get a few groceries, get a few things done here and get out on the water this afternoon.
