I need to eat protein, but it's high in calories. I felt like I was going to pass out, so grabbed two pieces of lunch meat real fast. We only had bologna and salami in the fridge, so I grabbed the bologna. It may set my calories off, but it's better than passing out and should hold me for a little bit. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure what to eat, but I thought protein would be better than a starch or sugar.
