Feeling a little better about my calories now. I had to cut somewhere, so ordered a salad for dinner. I literally counted what I ate--LOL. Hubby helped when I ordered (I could choose what each ingredient I wanted). I unchecked the cheese and egg. LOL. I'm not exactly sure how many calories I should be having, but I know I'll have another glass of wine before bed, so not done counting yet.
