I didn't get weighed this morning. I got up late and walked round in a fog until I could go back to bed. I know that I've eaten badly today, but hopefully not too badly. I've been doing my fasting/eating as between 18/6 and 22/2. I'm hoping to fast tomorrow and Tuesday - we're going out on Wednesday this week - but I'll see how I go.

might be a silly question ( sorry ) but why do you fast? your body needs food for energy to keep it going so if you fast it will hold on to fat because it doesn't know when it will get more food. I've list nearly 4 stone in 8 months. just walking and eating the calories this app tells me I need less 500 calories. hope you find something that works

@Howard 74 - I've lost just over 5 stone (was 6 til I put some back on). I fast for energy, and health. Like Draglist says there's lots of stuff on the web that explains fasting - I found it through the site dietdoctor.com

Thanks for the info on fasting but I'll stick to what I am doing thanks. It sounds dangerous stopping eating but good luck to you guys. I will look at it but it won't be for me.
