This much of a drop is a bit of a shock!
I am feeling better and better, noticing small things.
I am able to reach in between the car door to grab the seat belt piece without leaning over.
I can now stand for about five minutes, talking with someone, without looking for someplace to sit down or perspiring profusely.
Yesterday, I wore a new/old shirt I have not fit into for a couple of years because it was too tight.
I am close to the lowest I have weighed in the last ten years.
