I did horrible yesterday but I usually allow myself 1 cheat day a week so I guess that was it. I started the day off good then my aunt called and talked for over an hour so I missed my walk. Then I took my kids school shopping and they wanted to go to the chinese buffet so of course I overate. But its a new day and I'm back on track.
